Integrity Health for Wellness

Keisha Caves(K.D.), LMFT

Education and Experience:

I am a licensed marriage, family, and pediatric therapist with a masters degree in counseling. I have gained years of experience working with individuals, groups, and families assisting them through various challenges including depression, anxiety, past trauma, and making life decisions.

Professional Therapeutic approach:

I view the therapeutic process as a collaborative partnership where there is mutual respect. This means that communication will be honest, considerate; and treatment plans will be unique to each individual. I believe in using a variety of approaches to meet the needs of each client, this includes: client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused approaches.

If you are ready to take that first step in achieving your goals, you are in the right place. I look forward to helping you along your life’s journey!

We Are Building a New Way of Staying Healthy

I am a caring therapist who believes in the power of listening as I build common ground and connection with my clients. I act as an extra layer of support for many as they navigate through challenging life situations.

This support could be needed for 3-6 months during a situational life issue or many years due to a chronic condition where long term support is vital to developing the skills needed for independence and healthy life choices. -K.D. Caves
