We Are Building a New Way of Staying Healthy

I am a board certified nurse practitioner who believes in the power of listening. I want to help my patients feel heard at time where they feel unwell, pain, and need an advocate. I assist clients piece together the puzzle of their symptoms, exposures and family history to help decipher if there is a an underlying health condition.

I believe in proactivity and when clients are not unwell I support them and help identify future goals focused on health and wellness. I serve as strategic health planner, an advocate, and a health and wellness coach to those on a path to achieve goals of a healthier life. – Dr. Graham
